But that’s ok. Graduation and testing has been taking up my life.
This summer I’ll be working, and I’m going to train for a triathalon! (Exciting:)

Wake up at 7:00 for a nice, 10+ mile run in the woods. I don’t live by woods, but I’m imagining a seattle suburb type wooded landscape in my own backyard
Get home and lift.
Eat oatmeal:)
Sit outside and read Rushdie while drinking endless amounts of Green Tea.
Going out for Sushi with my friends.
Coming home. Sleeping.
I’m going to go drink 40 oz. of H20 and reevaluate.
Never Giving up.
1. Stick to plan like glue. I’ll feel sooo much better. Yesterday I ate a lot of carbs and today I’m paying for it in feeling horribly bloated.
2. DRINK 40 oz. in the morning and 40oz. in the afternoon. Use the cute straw container if its necessary!
3. Do a week one of http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workout.php?days=%3D+6&goal=&type=&exercisenumber=BETWEEN+12+AND+15&sets=&order=days&checked=YES along with my usual running plan.
5. Finish all of my HWK, disperse it evenly so I can enjoy it, and do as much of it outside as possible.
6. Get 8-10 Hours of Sleep each night!
7. Get a Job!
Could have been better with my diet, but not bad:)
I’m not going to say anything mean about anyone for the rest of the school year. I want to leave it all on a good note, if its possible. No drama. No, nothing like that.
I thought getting into a good college would mean excitement.
It seems to mean time for the family to go in and crush this girl’s fantasies right as they are about to come true.
My latest addiction. So many cute dresses, and shoes, and bags.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ almond milk, chocolate protein powder, and tons of cinnamon + a big mug of Green Tea with a bit of almond milk
Btw. Breakfast and Lunch I drink about 40 oz. of H20
Lunch: Spinach, Hummus, 1/2 whole wheat tortilla, chickpeas all mashed together into a salad of sorts + Yogurt of some delicious flavor (I really like Chobani Blood Orange right now:))
Post Workout Snack: Green Smoothie (3/4 c spinach, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (or both), and a banana w/ water)
Dinner: Whatever my parents are making
Snack: Luna Bar+ huge mug of Green Tea w/ a bit of almond milk+ Frozen grapes if I’m still hungry:)
